How it works
- Log in to online banking and open Buy & Sell.
- Choose the asset and enter the amount in AUD or in the coin.
- Review the quoted price, the fee and the amount you will receive.
- Confirm with your authenticator code. The order is placed and settles from your balance.
- Selling works the same way in reverse: the AUD lands back in your account.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to verify my identity first?
Yes. Buying, selling and withdrawing crypto are available once your identity check is complete, as required of AUSTRAC-registered digital currency exchange providers.
Is the price I see the price I get?
The price is quoted when you review the order and held for the confirmation step. If it moves before you confirm, you are shown the new quote.
Can I buy with a card?
Orders are funded from your account balance. Deposit to your account first by Osko, PayID or bank transfer, then buy.
